At Scooter Hut, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting great value for your purchase. Our Shop with Confidence Price Drop Policy gives you added peace of mind if the price of your product drops shortly after you buy it.

Policy

If the price of an eligible product purchased from Scooter Hut drops on our website within 14 days of your purchase date, we’ve got you covered.

Simply contact our Customer Support team at info@scooterhut.com.au with your order number and details of the price drop.

Once confirmed, we will issue the difference between the price you paid and the new advertised price as Scooter Hut store credit.

The policy applies to eligible rideable products, including e-scooters, e-bikes, e-go karts, dirt bikes and other e-rides. The policy does not apply to accessories or spare parts.

Any approved price difference will be issued as store credit.

Store credit:

  • Must be used within 30 days of being issued.
  • Can be used toward a future purchase from Scooter Hut.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to the original payment method.


Eligibility

The Shop with Confidence Price Drop Policy applies where:

  • The same product purchased by the Customer decreases in price on the Scooter Hut website within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product is the exact same model and variant as the product originally purchased.
  • The reduced price is publicly available on the Scooter Hut website at the time the claim is reviewed.
  • The Customer contacts Scooter Hut within the applicable 14-day period.
  • Applies to price drops only.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Store credit must be used within 30 days of being issued.
  • Store credit is issued for the difference between the original product price paid and the new advertised product price.
  • The policy applies to eligible products only and excludes accessories and spare parts.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the Customer's original payment method.
  • The Shop with Confidence Price Drop Policy applies only to price reductions made directly by Scooter Hut on scooterhut.com.au.
  • The price drop must have been live for more than 24 hours.
  • The credit is offered at the discretion of Scooter Hut.
  • The credit is not transferable.
  • Purchases made using store credit issued under the Price Drop Policy are not eligible for an additional price drop credit.
