Gift Card & Voucher Policy

Important Note on Change of Ownership

Scooter Hut is now owned and operated by Flux Motion Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 687 891 354).
We did not acquire liabilities from the previous ownership, including unredeemed gift cards or store credit.
If you have a gift card purchased under the former ownership, we are not obligated to honour it, but we encourage you to contact our support team at info@scooterhut.com.au — we’ll do our best to help where possible.

Issuing Gift Cards and Vouchers

Scooter Hut offers digital gift cards that can be purchased online through our website.
Gift cards are issued via email and contain a unique code that can be used for purchases on our online store.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers are valid for use on eligible items and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Using Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards can be used toward the purchase of any product on our website, excluding additional services such as extended warranty or third-party repairs unless explicitly stated.
Multiple gift cards or vouchers may be used in a single transaction, provided the platform supports it.
If the total order value exceeds the balance on your gift card, the difference must be paid using another available payment method.

Gift Card Expiry

All gift cards issued by Scooter Hut (Flux Motion Pty Ltd) have a 3-year expiry period from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
We do not offer refunds on unused gift cards, whether partially or fully redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat gift cards like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
We are not responsible for unauthorised use or loss of any gift card once issued.

Promotional Vouchers and Store Credit

Promotional vouchers issued during sales or as part of marketing campaigns may have specific terms, including shorter expiry dates or limited product eligibility.
Store credit issued as part of returns or goodwill gestures follows the same general policy as gift cards unless otherwise specified.
