Overview

Scooter Hut offers Click & Collect as a convenient option for customers to order online and pick up in person at selected store locations or warehouse collection points.
This policy outlines how Click & Collect works, what you need to bring, and our verification processes to protect both you and our business.

How Click & Collect Works

  1. Place your order online and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  3. Once your order is ready for collection, a second email or SMS will notify you that it's available to collect.
  4. Orders are typically ready within 1–3 hours during business days, depending on location and stock availability and time of order.

Important Note: We do not accept collection via taxi or uber related services.

What to Bring When Collecting

To collect your order, you must bring:

  • A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital)
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence, passport)
  • The credit card or payment method used to place the order (where applicable)

Important note: We cannot accept click and collect pickups on anyone else but the original customer on the order. 

Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all Click & Collect orders are subject to verification before release.
We may contact you by phone or email to confirm details of your order, particularly for high-value or flagged transactions.
In some cases, we may request additional verification or decline a Click & Collect order and issue a refund if identity cannot be confirmed.
Orders suspected of fraud will not be released and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Collection Timeframes

Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification that your order is ready.
If the order is not collected within this period, it may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Please contact us if you need additional time to collect your order.

Changing or Cancelling a Click & Collect Order

If you need to cancel or change your Click & Collect order, please contact our team at info@scooterhut.com.au as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible if the order has already been prepared for pickup.
