At Scooter Hut, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for their money. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you get the lowest price on our e-scooters, e-bikes, and e-rides. Here is how it works:
Eligibility:
- The Price Match Guarantee applies to all in-stock e-scooters, e-bikes and e-rides available at Scooter Hut, including products currently on promotion.
- The site where you saw the lower price must include GST.
- It should be in stock and available to purchase on the other website.
- It should be an exact match to the e-scooter sold at Scooter Hut i.e. make, model (not second hand or refurbished).
- The other website must be a recognised retailer within Australia, selling the scooter in AUD.
How to Claim:
If you find an identical product at a lower price at any other website, contact our Customer Support at info@scooterhut.com.au or call +61 2 8609 3063
Provide the following details:
- The URL of the product listing on another Australian retailer’s website.
- The price offered by the Australian retailer.
Exclusions:
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Stock liquidations (e.g. clearance products).
- Not applicable on accessories.
- Marketplace products sold and shipped by third-party sellers.
- If another retailer’s prices are influenced by cashback, coupons, or gift card promotions.
- Items that have already been purchased.
Processing the Price Match:
Once we verify your claim, we will match the price.

Policy:
- If the price of an item you have purchased from Scooter Hut drops within 14 days of your purchase, we’ve got you covered!

- We will refund you the difference in the form of store credit.
- Applicable on all e-scooters, e-bikes and e-rides.
- Not applicable on accessories or spare parts.
Store Credits:
- The refunded amount will be issued as a store credit.
- These store credits can be used for any future shopping at Scooter Hut.
- It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us!
Eligibility:
The Shop with Confidence policy applies only if the product price decreases on our website within the next 14 days of your purchase date.
