1. Find a measuring tool like a flexible measuring tape.
2. Wrap the measuring tape around your child's head, just above the eyebrows.
3. Compare the measurement against the measurement for the Jr. Toddlers helmet. If your child's head is closer to 54 cm, the Thousand Heritage 2.0 helmet in Small size might be a better fit.

Every head’s a little different, but Thousand's dial fit system makes it easy to get just the right fit. Turn the dial clockwise to tighten, or counterclockwise to loosen. You can also take out some or all of the interior fit pads, without compromising safety, to find the most comfortable fit.
