"Advertised as reaching a legally maximum speed of 25km/h. This scooter would only reach a maximum 19km/h and would activate the breaks if you started going over this speed down hills. This product is misrepresented in marketing by InMotion and Scooter Hut. Currently waiting for InMotion to provide a software update to make the product compliant with their marketing details (had to take the scooter back to the supplier for support). Not happy at all."

"I’ve been driving the S1 for not even a week and I’ve had a few dramas. The 95km range they advertise is a lie. Even though my battery said 73% I didn’t even make the 9km journey home and was stuck walking the final 2km. When I emailed scooter hut about the issue I was told that “real world” testing has the scooter doing 30-40km with a 75kg person. So who can achieve 95km? A toddler? Then I was asked to do some field testing with the scooter fully charged and drive it to 0% and see how long it takes? Who has time to just drive around the block aimlessly? Will be returning this scooter asap"
