We attempt to despatch all orders placed before 12noon local time on the same day*, and 98% of orders are despatched either same-day or next day from our warehouse or your nearest retail store.
*Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday will ship the next available business day.

Where possible, we ship orders from your nearest Scooter Hut store*, which means that our typical delivery times are 1 to 5 days across most Australian postcodes.
Careful Packaging
We use recyclable cardboard boxes to send most of our orders to protect your goods while in transit. Where possible we work with our suppliers to reduce and eliminate plastic packaging from our products.
