We charge a flat-rate of only $10 for all Australian and New Zealand orders, and $20 for all other international orders. No hidden costs, just a low-cost flat rate price regardless of your order size.

We also offer free click & collect from any of our stores across Australia and free e-scooter setup worth $49 for any e-scooter click & collect orders.
Fast Dispatch
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped either the same day or the next day from our warehouses in Queensland and Western Australia.
*Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday will ship the next available business day.
Quickest Delivery
Our typical delivery times are 1 to 5 business days across most Australian postcodes however can vary by the delivery destination, please refer to the table below for delivery estimates.
Please note that if your order contains products with Lithium Batteries, delivery times will be longer because Air Freight cannot be used.

Delivery During Christmas Holidays
During Christmas Holidays, delivery times can be longer than usual due to congestion on delivery networks. Delivery times for Electric Scooters can take between 7 to 14 business days during peak time. If ordering an e-scooter during December, to ensure you receive your e-scooter before Christmas, we recommend taking advantage of our free in-store click & collect which also includes free e-scooter setup valued at $49.
Careful Packaging
We use recyclable cardboard boxes to send most of our orders to protect your goods while in transit. Where possible we work with our suppliers to reduce and eliminate plastic packaging from our products.

Who Will Deliver My Order?
We use a network of shipping partners and services to deliver orders, including Australia Post, TNT Australia and Border Express. The choice of carrier depends on whether the order is being despatched from our warehouse or one of our stores, where it is being delivered to, and what type of product is in the order. Our dispatch system will always choose the fastest possible delivery option available at the time.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Typically orders will take between 1 to 6 days to be delivered depending on your proximity to a metro area. Products containing lithium batteries, such as electric scooters, can only be sent by road or rail and so typically take longer for regional areas. You will receive tracking information from both Scooter Hut, and the carrier, to keep track of your delivery.

You will receive tracking information, including a registered tracking number, via email or sms depending on your communication preferences. You can track your order and delivery directly from the link below, and if you can't find your tracking number you can look it up using your order number.

We offer free click and collect from all of our stores across Australia. If you need your order in a hurry we recommend using click and collect for the fastest way to get your order, with most orders fulfilled within 2hrs of purchase during business hours.
