The Apex Pro SCS v3 kit is a strong and clean design that has been a hugely popular compression system since it first came out.
Compression Systems are required if you are using threadless forks & threadless headsets. They replace the 2 lock nuts on standard threaded forks and let you compress and tune you threadless headset and threadless forks.
